Photography Services Terms

Your photography package will include the following:

4 hours of photography with one photographer
All of your curated and and tastefully edited digital images in an online gallery available for download for 1 month after your gallery is posted.
Print release to use your images as you'd like.

Checking the following boxes indicate that you have read and understood services and products AEG Photography has to offer and agree to the terms of this contract. Agreeing to the terms of this contract is required to successfully book an event photography package with AEG Photography. You do not need to consent to the use of your event images by AEG Photography for promotional purposes to submit this contract but it is greatly appreciated. *

Fee for Photography Services: Client agrees to pay AEG Photography $900 for photography services on the day of the event. Copyright and Intellectual Property: All images created by AEG Photography during this event remain the intellectual property of AEG Photography and are copyright by AEG Photography. AEG Photography will not use or disseminate any images from this event without explicit permission from client. Hold Harmless: AEG Photography strives to provide a safe and stress-free photography experience for all of its clients, however, on-location events may include unforeseeable natural events, surroundings, or circumstances that increase personal risk. Client agrees to hold harmless AEG Photography and photographer of session from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, or injuries that may occur during the event. Prints and Products: Archival-quality prints (non-fading for 100-200 years!), canvases, albums, and other photography products are available for purchase from AEG Photography's selected professional photography lab from the online gallery and conveniently delivered to your home. These prints and products are guaranteed through AEG Photography to meet your approval and standards. Digital Images: High resolution digital images printable to 30 x 40 come with a personal use release to share on social media or print at your photography lab of choice. I understand that the quality of prints printed through my photography lab of choice cannot be guaranteed by AEG Photography and AEG Photography is not responsible for the quality of these prints. I consent to the use of my images for promotional purposes on AEG Photography website or social media account. I also understand that if I agree to this now I may also withdraw this consent at any time in future, by contacting AEG Photography, with no explanation needed. I agree to the terms of this contract for photography services.
